Urban Poling Walking

Susan Yungblut, physiotherapist and certified Urban Poling instructor has over 30 years professional physiotherapy experience. She currently practices at the Physio Sport Care Centre located within the OAC, and at LiquidGym. Susan enjoys Nordic walking as a cross training fitness activity to complement her tennis, running and winter sport passions.
Now is the perfect time to learn! Prepare for spring outdoor walking by practicing Nordic walking on the OAC indoor track.
