Easy No Bake Brownies

Not only are these brownies delicious, but they’re packed with superfoods and no processed sugar or flour. The best part is there’s no baking involved!
- 2 cups dates, pitted
- 1 cup organic walnuts
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1 tsp coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Combine walnuts, cacao powder and chia seeds in a blender and pulse until fine as a crumb. Slowly add in the dates.
- Add the coconut oil and pulse until the mixture starts to stick together. Transfer to a small baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Press the mixture down with a fork until it is level. Pop it in the freezer for an hour to set. Remove from the baking tray, slice it up and store it in the fridge.
