Easy No Bake Brownies

Not only are these brownies delicious, but they’re packed with superfoods and no processed sugar or flour. The best part is there’s no baking involved!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups dates, pitted
  • 1 cup organic walnuts
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine walnuts, cacao powder and chia seeds in a blender and pulse until fine as a crumb. Slowly add in the dates.
  2. Add the coconut oil and pulse until the mixture starts to stick together. Transfer to a small baking tray lined with baking paper.
  3. Press the mixture down with a fork until it is level. Pop it in the freezer for an hour to set. Remove from the baking tray, slice it up and store it in the fridge.
