TENNIS FITNESS & CONDITIONING (2.5 & +)

Enhance your tennis performance with training led by Master Class coach, Ben Etheve-Meek! Program focus on footwork and court coverage, strength and power training, joint mobility and injury prevention training. (Min 6 / Max 16 participants).

Undertake a systematic process of perfectment, learning the Essential Skills of Successful Tennis with Master Class coach Tony Roth. To be eligible, players must be minimum Intermediate level (3.5+ NTRP), with some experience in singles and doubles matchplay, and a strong desire to learn. (Min/Max 8 participants).
