Competitive Program

This is the part of the program for junior players who are starting to play tournaments at a local and national level. Players invited to the competitive program are showing great potential and high skill levels.

Competitive B

Mondays / Wednesdays / Fridays 5:30 – 7:00 pm

This group is for juniors who are starting to play in club and local tournaments and who are looking to improve their game and compete regionally. It is recommended that juniors in this class take private sessions alongside the group sessions to reach their potential. Players in this group will be aiming to move up to Competitive A.

Competitive A

Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30 – 7:00 pm

This group is for the top junior players in the club. Juniors invited to participate in this level will train for two group sessions a week and will also be expected to take a private coaching session a week. Juniors should be looking to play local and regional tournaments and aim towards competing on a national level. They will be looking at mastering all aspects of the game.

High Performance

Tuesday & Thursday 7:00 – 8:30 pm

High Performance Juniors invited to the group should be competing successfully at the regional level and looking to compete nationally.  Juniors invited to this group will train for three group session a week and will also be expected to take a weekly private coaching session.

Squash Specific Fitness Sessions – Juniors

Saturdays 12:00 – 1:00 pm

These sessions are ran by one of our fitness experts every Saturday. Squash specific movements and exercises are used throughout the session. By attending these sessions you will see an improvement in your core stability and muscular strength, leading to a better all-round level of play.
