The Ottawa Athletic Club has squash programs and activities for individuals ranging from beginners through to elite players.
The OAC offers clinics, drop-ins, round-robins, and private and semi-private lessons. As a member you can also participate in the Club’s Box League and squash ladder, as well as the city-wide league. And for those who want to stay in shape and maintain your fitness, squash-specific spinning classes are available. Or jump into a yoga class – a great way to increase flexibility and strength!
