Who is Tamer Soliman?
Tamer Soliman has a B.A. Honours in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. With over 12 years of fitness industry experience, he has been able to help a wide range of clients with many different goals and challenges. Tamer believes that the key to achieving any fitness goal – such as increased endurance, weight loss, or optimal well-being – is through the combination of sound nutrition and resistance training.
The combination of Tamer’s balanced, holistic approach to eating and his passion for healthy cooking has allowed him to help his clients overcome many health challenges – such as inflammation, thyroid issues, allergies, suppressed immune systems and digestive disturbances – and put them on a path to long-term health and wellness. In his spare time you can find Tamer lifting weights, running trails or playing tennis right here at the OAC!
