Yield: 4 Servings      Prep time: 4 mins      Cook time: 12 – 16 mins      Total time: 15 – 20 mins

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound organic ground chicken
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground sage
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Basil
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
  • 1 large apple, peeled and diced

 INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all the ingredients in bowl and mix.
  2. Shape mixture into individual patties.
  3. Heat a large skillet with coconut oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Add chicken patties and cook for approximately 6-8 minutes on each side.
