The OAC is proud to have the best personal trainers in the city. Our trainers are certified, motivating and focused on helping you reach your fitness goals.

Whether you are new to fitness or an elite athlete looking to reach that next level, our professionally certified trainers will create a customized program to help you achieve your fitness goals.

A personal trainer will provide the necessary guidance to achieve your personal best. From weight loss to strength training to reconditioning after an injury, our staff has the education, credentials, expertise and resources to develop a program that will best meet your needs.


Personal Training Packages

There are a number of Personal Training packages available at the OAC – from an initial assessment to an annual personal training option, we are sure to have a package that is ideal for you!*

60 Minute Session Packages:

  • Introductory 3-Pack (3 – 60 minute sessions + Athletic Assessment)
  • 12 – 60 minute sessions
  • 24– 60 minute sessions
  • 36 – 60 minute sessions
  • 56 – 60 minute sessions
  • 20 – 60 minute semi-private sessions

Flexible payments on all packages ( *no interest charged)

Annual Personal Training Packages:

  • 2 sessions / week (8 per month)
  • 3 sessions / week (12 per month)

*Cannot be combined with any other promotion including the OAC Coaching Card.


Athletic Assessment:

Every member receives a athletic assessment to assess muscular imbalances. The test has three components.

  1. A lower body weakness test
  2. A kinetic chain evaluation to verify how the body moves in motion
  3. Observe weakness in the core

The primary focus for these tests is to help correct imbalances through proper exercise and instruction.
