Have you been misled by all the conflicting information you read about health and nutrition? Looking for direction on a personalized diet and fitness program tailored for your individual needs, now at the Ottawa Athletic Club, we are proud to offer the demanding needs of a nutritionist/dietitian from Ashlen Leonard!

Who is Ashlen Leonard?

Prior to becoming a Registered Dietitian, Ashlen knew that her career had to be focused around helping people. With this in mind, and her obsession with cooking, baking and love for living a balanced and healthy lifestyle, nutrition was a perfect fit. She achieved her Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Human Nutrition from the University of Guelph. Following this, she then moved to Toronto to complete her dietetic internship and Professional Masters Diploma in Dietetics at St. Michael’s Hospital and Ryerson University.

Currently, she is working towards a Diploma in Sport Nutrition through the International Olympic Committee. Besides working as a dietitian in Ottawa, she spends her time with family and friends, enjoying the beautiful outdoors and tasting new and delicious food. Ashlen can’t wait to work together and help you achieve your nutrition goals!
