Indoor Cycling Classes
This is a class for participants eager to learn the concept of Spinning, from the setup of the bike and position to all types of rides, from Endurance to Interval and Strength. This is a progressive class and improves on technique and ability from week to week.
A motivating coach and music takes the inside ride mentally outdoors. Focus on connecting mind & body, form and technique as we travel to different places & experience the challenge & journey of road cycling.
High Intensity Spin
This is a high-intensity intermediate 45min spin class is guaranteed to get you energized for the rest of your day. Get ready for an invigorating ride that will leave you drenched in sweat and moving to amazing music.
In this class we do Zone Training featuring music from the 50’s to the current decade. One minute we’re dancing to disco the next EDM! Discover your training zones and work at your own pace. During different times of the year different zones are emphasized to prepare you to race or bike tour over the summer months. A great workout for beginners to advanced cyclists and triathletes.
