Monkeying Around with Kung-Fu + Its Animals!

Monkeying Around with Kung-fu and its Animals is an approach to fitness from a playful and functional angle.  Our program focuses on playful movements such as crawling, rolling, mimicking animal movements & more. Wrapped in a martial arts framework, this program strives to create balance through physical exercise, development of self-esteem and confidence, discipline and friendship.

Kids (7-11 years) – 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
Youth (12 – 15 years) 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

5 week program (Future sessions to be scheduled…)

Location – Fitness Studio (2nd floor)

Members – $75

Non Members – $100

PD Day Camp!

Join us at the OAC for our PD Day Camp! Enjoy various activities such as tennis, squash, swimming, karate, soccer and a fun workout!

Children and Youth Programs

Our child and youth fitness programs are designed with whole body health in mind. Lead by qualified fitness professionals in a motivating and inspiring atmosphere classes encourage physical activity, increase body awareness, increase self-esteem and are guaranteed fun! With childhood obesity on the rise and a decrease of physical activity in society we encourage our young members to move their bodies in a safe environment with their friends. They get to work out just like mom and dad and enjoy the amazing atmosphere that the OAC offers. With numerous class options we have something for everyone.

Spring: April 9 – June 25
Mondays 4:30-5:30 pm, Studio B (Kids) / Yoga Studio (Youth)

A great program that will allow children to develop a strong, flexible and healthy mind, body and spirit as well increase concentration, attention and focus. Yoga for children is an opportunity for them to find tranquility and peace while improving body health.

Aqua Kids (6 – 10 years)

Spring: April 10 – June 26
Tuesdays 4:30-5:30 pm, Indoor Pool

Jump in and join the fun! Make waves, move your body, become comfortable challenging your cardio and muscular endurance and have fun under the guidance of a CALA certified aquafitness leader. This brand new class format at the OAC is sure to be a splash!

Dance Collective (7 – 12 years)

Spring: April 11 – June 27
Wednesdays 4:45-5:45 pm, Barre Studio

An exciting dance class that will get your children motivated and moving to great music with fun and simple choreography!

Zumba Kids (4 – 8 years & 9 – 13 years)

Spring: April 14 – June 23
(4 – 8 years) Saturdays 9:30-10:15 am, Barre Studio
(9-13 years) Saturdays 10:15-11:00 am, Barre Studio
