Our primary goal in the Fitness Department is to assist members in reaching and exceeding their goals. We work with our tennis players to build endurance, our squash players to build speed and agility and our golfers to improve their flexibility and strength.

Personal training with one of our experts is the fastest way to reach your goals. A trainer can help motivate you to stick with your program and believe in yourself. One-on-one training is no longer just for a select few.
