#TuesdayTip If you're tired of the regular push up, here are 2 challenging variations to put a twist on your regular workout routine! The first variation is to change the position of your hands after each push up to encourage shoulder stability at different angles. The second variation is to pick a range of motion where you are not as strong and do pulsing movements for 10s. Always remember to keep your hands underneath your chest for regular push-ups and be one straight line from head to toe with your core engaged.
