Monkeying Around with Kung-Fu + Its Animals!
Monkeying Around is a class of physical competence for the real-world. Our goal is to equip kids with the movement skills, strength, conditioning, and mindset necessary for practical, adaptable performance that will give them a strong athletic foundation to better perform in what ever athletic endeavor they later decide to pursuit.
All is done in a playful-disciplined way, encouraging more team work rather than competition among the participants, this creates a friendlier environment for the shy students, making them experience inclusion.
We work within a primal-workout milieu supported by gymnastics and athletics. The participants will be performing climbing over obstacles, rolling, walking on a ground level balance beam, catching things, jumping and ground work such as crawling, squatting, getting up.
All of this is framed by an environment of character development, self-esteem assurance and a great dose creativity and friendship.
