The Big 50 October Challenge

Welcome to October’s #TheBig50 Halloween edition! Boo!

A lot of things have changed in the Fitness Industry over the years however one thing that has not changed is the importance of strong legs! Your legs are literally what keep you moving all day and the foundation for the rest of your hard working body so building strength in them is a must! Try these leg exercises combined with interval track running and remember…if your legs are strong and powerful so is the rest of you!

Run the track 3 times as a warm up…

  • 50 Seconds Front Squat
  • 1 Lap around the track…(Fast Walk, Jog or Sprint depending on your fitness level)
  • 50 Second Goblet Squat to Calf Raise
  • 1 Lap around the track……(Fast Walk, Jog or Sprint)
  • 50 Second TRX Split Squat
  • 1 Lap around the track…(Fast Walk, Jog or Sprint)
  • 50 Second Alternating Barbell Side Lunge
  • 1 Lap around the track…(Fast Walk, Jog or Sprint)
  • 50 Second Back Lunge Twist with Med Ball
  • 1 Lap around the track…(Fast Walk, Jog or Sprint)
  • 50 Second Side Step Up with MedBall Pass
  • 1 Lap around the track…(Fast Walk, Jog or Sprint)
  • 50 Second Box Jump
  • 1 Lap around the track…(Fast Walk, Jog or Sprint)

Repeat 3 times if you dare!
