You may have made ants on a log for your kids once upon a time, but how about taking this healthy snack to work too?

The celery is high in minerals, and the sugar-free or preferably organic peanut butter or sunflower butter provides good fats and protein, while the raisins provide a touch of sweetness.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Celery Sticks
  • Unsweetened Peanut Butter, Sunflower Butter, or Tahini
  • Raisins

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut 3 celery sticks in half to make six pieces
  2. Spread some unsweetened peanut butter, Sunflower butter or Tahini in the crease of the celery
  3. Add a few raisins on top
  4. Pack in a Tupperware and take to work
